What Youll Do
Support the design analysis and development of advanced propulsion systems for nextgeneration satellites
Assist with component and systemlevel testing including integration qualification and performance analysis
Contribute to the evolution of propulsion technologies with a focus on reliability performance and manufacturability
Conduct simulations and support systemlevel trade studies under the direction of senior propulsion engineers
Collaborate closely with avionics structures and thermal engineering teams to ensure seamless integration
What You Bring
B.S. in Aerospace Mechanical Engineering or related field
27 years of experience designing and testing space propulsion systems
Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced engineering environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with chemical or green propellant systems
Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks)
Handson experience with vacuum chamber testing and propulsion instrumentation
Prior experience in a startup or rapid development environment
Active or eligible for TS/SCI clearance
Additional Information
Work Environment: Onsite at Denver facility; travel up to 25% to a manufacturing location in Los Angeles
Physical Demands: Position may involve lifting bending standing for extended periods and working in lab/testing environments
