Job Description
Responsible for defining and planning System Integration Testing (SIT) with a focus on technical quality assurance from a non-functional perspective. This role involves leading and managing a team of Technical Test Analysts to deliver and execute SIT Non-Functional Test Cases throughout the SIT phases. The candidate will report progress and quality updates to the Testing Manager on a daily and weekly basis including assessments of readiness for UAT. A background in teller systems or banking and financial transaction applications is an advantage.
- Define and plan System Integration Testing (SIT) with a focus on technical quality assurance from a non-functional perspective.
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Test Analysts for the delivery and execution of SIT Non-Functional Test Cases during SIT phases.
- Ensure timely and accurate test execution monitoring and control aligned to established test planning and strategy.
- Report progress and quality updates on a daily/weekly basis to the Testing Manager including assessment of readiness for UAT.
- Oversee defect management and ensure adherence to risk management practices.
- Drive technical leadership by providing guidance on test case authoring estimation reviews reporting and adherence to KPIs.
- Engage in pre-sales support effort estimation technical delivery planning and technical solutioning.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders ensuring clear communication and process adherence.
- Deliver tasks autonomously while proactively contributing to technical improvements and process optimization.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) non-functional testing and technical quality assurance
- Proven ability to define and plan SIT from a non-functional perspective and lead SIT Non-Functional Test Case execution
- Proficient in JMeter for performance testing and Jira for test management and defect tracking
- Strong background in the Banking & Insurance domain; familiarity with teller or financial transaction applications (Good to Have)
- Skilled in performance testing tools such as HP Load Runner NeoLoad LoadUI
- Experienced in using monitoring and profiling tools such as AppDynamics Dynatrace ANT profiler JProfiler
- Proficient in SQL Jenkins and cloud development environments
- Strong capabilities in test case authoring estimation planning monitoring reporting reviews defect management and adherence to KPIs
- Demonstrated technical leadership technical solutioning risk management effort estimation and client interaction skills
- Ability to deliver tasks autonomously with attention to process adherence proactive contribution and technical delivery ownership
