Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join our 767 Supply Chain team in Everett WA.
The selected candidate will be working in a very dynamic fastpaced environment while learning new skills solving challenging problems and experiencing opportunities to grow in the SC organization. This position is supplier facing and will be responsible for managing the relationship with external suppliers and project managing all aspects of their performance.
The statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions including but not limited to: data analysis management and reporting driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items oversight and facilitation of team meetings collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond development of tools to improve team productivity support of the Interiors Contracts Director and leadership team and additional duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
- Communication with the factory/leadership during meetings and shares any shortage updates and any delays and improvements.
- Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
- Communicates strategic initiatives projects or procurement activities.
- Leads crossfunctional process management activities.
- Leads selfassessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management analysis
- 5 years of experience in leading or managing crossfunctional project
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelors Degree or Advanced Degree
- 5 years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
- 5 years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
- 5 years of experience with Supply Chain Contracts Operations or Finance or a combination thereof
- 5 years of experience do you have leading or managing projects teams and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment
