Position Summary: The Early Intervention Mentor serves as a yearround behavioral supportleader providing expert coaching planning and professional development to strengthen schoolbased capacity in behavior intervention. This role supports the implementation of standardizedFunctional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) while guidingteams in traumainformed culturally responsive practices. The Early Intervention Mentor helpsensure students behavioral needs are met proactively and equitably reducing lost instructionaltime and improving outcomes districtwide.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors Degree preferably in social work psychology child development specialeducation or closely related field
Experience:
Three (3) years work experience in education social work or mental health
Specialized Knowledge Licenses etc.:
Possess or ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma Teachers Certification
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
