What You Will Do:
- Oversee all daily operations ensuring a safe efficient and memorable guest experience
- Lead the hiring coaching training and performance development of a toptier management team
- Ensure both front and backofhouse departments are staffed supported and aligned

- Drive sales manage cost of goods and labor and maximize profitability
