Job Description
Description: SubstituteSchool Nurse
Job Summary : Tostrengthen and facilitate the educational process by modifying or removing healthrelated barriers to learning. To promote optimal levels of wellbeing in students and staff. Participates in developing implementing and evaluating school health program goals objectives and procedures in cooperation with school personnel and community resources.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Must have a minimum of two years of supervised nursing experience in community health or child health or related field prior to entry into school nursing practice.
Approved Salary: $32/hour
Candidates with foreign language fluency are encouraged to apply.
