Primary Purpose:
Ensure the efficient operation of the offices of Accountability & Data Systems. Serve as administrative assistant and secretary to the Executive Director. Handle confidential information and frequent contact with all levels of district employees outside agencies and the general public. Provide assistance with and maintain Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) electronic data for the district.
Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
High School diploma or GED
Two years of college coursework in businessrelated subjects or related work experience
Experience:
Two years of related work experience (preferably in a public education environment)
PEIMS experience at the campus or district level
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google programs and applications
Ability to use personal computer and software to maintain spreadsheets and databases
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Knowledge of and experience using districts student information and financial management systems
Knowledge of and experience with PEIMS
Ability to comply with established timelines
