Job Title: Payroll Coordinator 2

Location: Conshohocken PA 19428
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Pay Rate:$23/hour

Position Summary

Were looking for a detailoriented and dependable Payroll Coordinator 2 to join our team in Conshohocken. In this hybrid role youll play a key part in ensuring payroll accuracy compliance and efficiency across a designated group of associates. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of payroll systems and tax compliance who thrives in a confidential fastpaced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead or support payroll and taxrelated projects assigned by Payroll Management.
  • Input and reconcile payroll data to ensure timely accurate processing.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in the HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Administer payroll in compliance with SOX and departmental procedures.
  • Audit payroll transactionsfor tax compliance and company policy adherence.
  • Prepare manual payments and related documentation.
  • Manage payroll functions including Kronos timekeeping system and payroll software integration.
  • Handle confidential employee data with discretion.
  • Research and resolve payrollrelated inquiries from associates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing for assigned pay groups.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally within HR Shared Services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible payroll experience.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional)certification preferred.
  • Experience with Workday payroll systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of general ledger and payroll tax applications.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to resolve issues independently and collaborate effectively

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Primarily sedentary work with frequent computer use (75% screentime)
  • Occasional walking and standing required
  • Requires visual focus and the ability to manage stressful situations with composure
