The Accelerator Program Coordinator role requires a selfstarting highly motivated wellrounded person passionate to continue learning new skills while supporting Miller Center projects related to accelerator operations. The Program Coordinator is an active member of the accelerator programs and mentor team and is the primary contact point for social entrepreneurs actively participating in accelerator programs.

Accelerator Program Coordination (50%)
Coordinate operational and administrative aspects of Miller Centers Accelerator (MCA) core programs with input from Senior Program Managers Program Directors and Senior Directors. Includes coordinating selection onboarding kickoff curriculum assignment weekly followup and troubleshooting efforts.
Respond to inquiries from social entrepreneurs mentors and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Other duties as they emerge from process improvements and troubleshooting activities.
Process Automation and Improvement (30%)
Identify and suggest process improvements for programrelated projects assigned to them
Use and enhance Agile processes for the programs and mentor team coordinating regular team meetings on process improvements and integration with Miller Centers Salesforce database
Maintenance and upkeep of Salesforce and other systems
Report writing and creation of accelerator program documents and presentations for internal and external uses
Support Miller Centers fundraising efforts as needed from representatives of the development team.
Miller Center Key Events (20%)
Assist with and attend key events related to Miller Center Accelerator Programs (e.g. closing gratitude ceremonies)
Participate as a team member to pitch in with support for Miller Center key events as needed. (e.g. annual InResidence Program Mentor Annual Appreciation Night Webinars conferences etc.)
Provides work direction to student employees. Works cooperatively with other Miller Center staff SCU faculty and global partners. Leads crossfunctional teams to ensure successful program delivery and funder satisfaction.
Maintains contact with stakeholders and solicits feedback for improved services and collaboration. Maximizes productivity through use of appropriate tools; planned training and performance initiatives.

This position requires the ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within a diverse multicultural environment.
Familiar with global development initiatives and the social enterprise movement.
Experience living or traveling in the developing world is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Understands the benefits and elements of developing relationships; treats internal and external stakeholders with attention and concern.
Able to conduct research and synthesize findings as required.
Strong writing skills.
Comfortable producing professional work products in Microsoft Office and GSuite.
Knowledge and skills with spreadsheet formulas and charting tools a plus.
Able to communicate in language(s) spoken by Miller Center stakeholders desired (especially French and/or Spanish) but not required.
Able to follow established processes and procedures.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently balance competing priorities and seek guidance from other staff members when appropriate.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
