Salary: $125000 PerformanceBased Incentives

Our Atlantabased personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 46 years of verifiable experience in personal injury litigation a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of personal injury litigation;
  • Draft pleadings motions and respond to discovery;
  • Conduct depositions mediations and trials;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel;
  • Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable case outcomes.
  • The candidate must have 46 years of experience handling personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are required.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential.
  • A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must.
  • State Bar of Georgia membership required.
