Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Construction Project Assistant Intern to support our project management team in the planning coordination and execution of construction projects. This is a handson opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into construction project management working alongside experienced professionals in a fastpaced environment.85% Administrative Assistant: Provide daily administrative duties for the Major Projects team. This position monitors records and filing types up documentation and schedules and coordinates meetings.15% Sales Support: Provides sales support to the Major Projects team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Administrative Assistant:- Assist project managers in daily coordination of construction activities and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and help prepare regular status reports.
- Attend meetings take minutes and support communication between team members subcontractors and vendors.
- Help track project schedules budgets and deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project files drawings permits and other documentation.
- Conduct site visits to observe construction progress ensure compliance with safety protocols and
- document field conditions.
- Support procurement of materials and verify deliveries.
- Assist in change order tracking RFIs and submittals.
Sales Support:- Interface with branch to ensure cohesion in projects.
- Assist with marketing projects and to meet deadlines.
- Prepares quotes contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers.
- Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
- Maintains uptodate awareness of company activities industry trends and government regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- Basic understanding of construction methods terminology and project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook); familiarity with construction software (e.g. Procore Bluebeam AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work onsite and in an office setting.

Compensation:
The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters inc/Satellite Industries Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including but not limited to a candidates qualifications skills competencies experience location and end client requirements).
