Job Description
CRB is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Market Engagement team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and organizer who thrives in a collaborative fastpaced environment and has experience supporting pursuit efforts in the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry.
Youll be responsible for producing and maintaining marketing assets that support sales activities including but not limited to responses to requests for information (RFIs) requests for qualifications (RFQs) requests for proposals (RFPs) interview presentations project descriptions and resumes.
Your work will directly support CRBs mission to win impactful projects in life sciences and food beverage industries. This is a handson role that balances creativity with detailoriented execution.
Hybrid or remote work options may be considered. Candidates must be available during Pacific Standard Time business hours to effectively collaborate with our teams on the west coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business development technical and marketing team members across the company to gather information and update content.
- Maintain CRBs marketing library with pursuitrelated content including project descriptions resumes and boilerplate.
- Lead the compilation of CRBs responses to RFIs companywide.
- Support the development and coordination of proposal responses statements of qualifications and interview presentations.
- Support the development of sales collateral with accurate brandaligned and compelling content that showcases CRBs expertise and experience.
- Provide quality assurance reviews for grammar consistency formatting and compliance with client requirements.
- Support the teams workload planning process improvement and knowledgesharing initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications journalism or related field.
- Minimum of four years of marketing experience preferably in the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint) and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Teamoriented proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.
- Experience responding to RFIs RFPs and RFQs in a professional services environment.
- Advanced graphics document layout editing and proofreading skills.

Additional Information :
The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in San Diego is typically $58173 to $93077 annually. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The selected candidates actual pay will be based on various factors including but not limited to work location qualifications and relevant experience. In addition CRB offers a total rewards package that includes comprehensive insurance coverage as well as the opportunity to participate in one or more annual incentive programs based on company and individual performance.
