Job Description
Kendal at Lexington a premier Life Plan Community nestled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley is seeking dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our Dining Services team.
Job Type: FullTime
Pay: Starting at $17.68/Hr.
Position Summary:
As a Dietary Aide you will play a vital role in providing a highquality dining experience for our residents. Responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation serving meals maintaining a clean and organized dining area and supporting our residents with kindness and respect.
Responsibilities:
Serve meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and residents
Assist in kitchen prep and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior food service experience is a plus but not required we provide training!
Friendly dependable and able to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
