We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our growing team. As an HHA youll play a vital role in supporting clients in their homes helping them maintain independence and dignity with quality care.
Role Overview:
As a Home Health Aide youll assist patients with personal care daily living tasks and basic health-related services. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist youll be part of a team delivering care plans tailored to each individuals needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Support mobility transfers and safe ambulation
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- Monitor and report changes in health behavior or environment
- Remind clients to take medications (no administration)
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry assistance
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow are plans and document daily activities and observations
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in home care assisted living or long-term care preferred
- Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly
- Dependable patient and compassionate
- Must pass background checks and health screening
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- High school or equivalent (Required)
