Were looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment and loves diving into the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. This role will be critical in supporting our monthend close process financial reporting and crossfunctional collaboration as we scale.
Own components of the monthend close process including journal entries reconciliations and variance analysis
Prepare and review key balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support financial reporting for internal stakeholders auditors and leadership
Partner with FP&A and operations to understand business drivers and ensure accurate financial results
Assist in improving and documenting accounting policies and procedures
Help with the integration of new studios systems and processes as Tend expands
Provide support for audits tax filings and compliance initiatives
35 years of progressive accounting experience; mix of public and private preferred
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Proficiency in Excel (vlookups pivot tables etc.)
Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive solutionoriented mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skillsespecially across teams
