DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic creative and digitally savvy Channel Engagement & Content Development Leadto drive the creation of compelling content and support highimpact marketing initiatives across our global brandsDynapar Hengstler and Specialty Product Technologies (SPT).
In this highly collaborative role you will develop and execute content that fuels demand enables sales and strengthens relationships with both direct customers and our distributor network. You will work closely with product teams technical writers and the Marketing Director to ensure our messaging is not only technically accurate but also optimized for SEO conversion and engagement.
With content serving as a cornerstone of our competitive strategy were looking for a marketer who is equally comfortable writing persuasive copy collaborating across departments and using AI tools to scale and accelerate our marketing efforts. Youll also play a pivotal role in cobranded distributor marketingan increasingly vital growth lever for all our brands.
Content Strategy & Development
- Own the creation of highquality marketing content including collateral white papers sales tools website resource center assets and digital campaign materials.
- Translate complex technical product details into compelling content for both distribution partners and end users across industries.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice SEO best practices and strategic messaging priorities set by the Marketing Director.
Channel Marketing & Distributor Support
- Support the execution of cobranded campaigns and channel marketing programs across regions and industries.
- Serve as a key contact for distributor content requests providing timely relevant and onbrand materials.
- Identify opportunities for scalable distributor enablement content that drives shared growth.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with product managers technical writers and field sales to generate impactful content that addresses realworld customer needs.
- Align closely with the digital marketing team to ensure content contributes to SEO lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- Champion the use of generative AI and other technologies to streamline content production and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or Communications is preferred
- 35 years of experience in content marketing technical writing or channel marketing within a B2B or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to develop engaging content across a range of formats and audiences.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they inform content structure and strategy.
- Experience supporting distributor marketing or working within a multichannel sales model is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting both internal teams and external partners.
