Job Description

Hyde Park Elementary School is seeking a grades K6 Math Interventionist who will be working under the guidance of the HPES Math Coach. This position includes wholegroup math assessment and smallgroup targeted intervention across grade levels along with individual work and possible coteaching opportunities. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Knowledge of researchbased best practices and be supportive of teachers and teams in collecting and analyzing data and developing action plans in response to determined student needs. Knowledge of the Bridges Math System and a deep understanding of Math learning best practices is a plus. Sharing the joy of Math learning is a must.
