Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented parttime Hiring Specialist to join our team. The Hiring Specialist will play a crucial role in hiring and onboarding new team members fostering employee engagement assisting with training and supporting daytoday operations. Spanish speakers are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Posting onboarding training & engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employees and employee engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Provide training support to supervisors as needed.
- Identify and address operational gaps in service.
- Ensure all new hires receive necessary materials equipment and training materials.
- Followup after writeups.
- Facilitate offboarding writeups and employee termination process(es).
- Guide and assist new hires through our online LMS system.
- Maintaining and promote our companys voice mission and core values.
- Payroll and other light administrative duties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment HR multifamily or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
- Must be able to work inoffice.
- Available to work 25 hours per week.
