OVERVIEW
CRs Benefits and Compensation Manager is responsible for the design implementation and administration of enterprisewide compensation and benefits programs that support our dedication to a highperforming equitable and inclusive workplaceincluding competitive salaries a 10% matching 401(k) plan medical coverage from day one of employment behavioral health support and three weeks vacation to start!
A day in the life includes leveraging datadriven strategies staying abreast of regulatory developments and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that we are competitive compliant and costeffective with our offerings to employees.
As part of the CRs People & Culture Team youll report to the Director Operations and Analytics. Youll manage a team dedicated to delivering excellent service and program execution while fostering employee engagement retention and total rewards transparency.
This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate must be able to travel to our Yonkers NY headquarters at least once per month. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

At Consumer Reports we are committed to fair transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive marketinformed target salary range for this position is $130000$150000 for a Hybrid position based in Yonkers NY. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this for the successful candidate will be informed by the candidates particular combination of knowledge skills competencies and experience.
