As the Product Manager for Quantum Myriad you will own the vision roadmap and overall product strategy for one of our flagship data storage and management solutions. Working crossfunctionally with engineering marketing and sales teams you will ensure Myriad aligns with market needs and delivers exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and maintain a clear product vision roadmap and gotomarket strategy for Quantum Myriad.
- Continuously monitor market trends technology developments and competitor offerings to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features ensure timely delivery and maintain high product quality.
- Collaborate with marketing on launch strategies product collateral and compelling messaging.
- Partner with sales and customer success to gather customer feedback and address evolving product needs.
- Requirement Definition & Prioritization:
- Develop detailed product requirement documents and user stories to capture customer and business needs.
- Balance competing priorities by assessing impact feasibility and return on investment.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the internal product champion clearly communicating updates challenges and success metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
- Present product roadmaps and strategy to senior leadership translating technical details into actionable business recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Track and analyze product performance leveraging data to drive continuous improvements.
- Evaluate key metrics such as user adoption rates revenue growth and customer satisfaction to inform decisionmaking.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5 years of product management experience preferably with enterprise software solutions or data storage products.
- Demonstrated success leading crossfunctional teams and complex product roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with storage data protection and/or networking solutions is highly desirable.
- Understanding of software development processes including agile methodologies.
- Business Acumen:
- Proven ability to translate market insights and customer needs into a strategic product roadmap.
- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills to evaluate product investments.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptable detailoriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Anticipated Salary Range: $120000 to $160000 for qualified applicants.
The above pay range represents Quantums good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within the range will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to relevant experience knowledge/education skills/abilities internal equity and budgetary considerations.
