Were Hiring: Advertising Coordinator
Location: Orlando FL
Salary: $26 $29 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8hour shifts

About the Role:
The Advertising Coordinator will support the development and implementation of advertising strategies for both our clients and our internal campaigns. This entrylevel to midlevel position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment is highly organized and has a passion for impactful creative advertising.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate advertising campaigns across digital print and social media platforms
Assist in the development of advertising materials and creative assets
Track and report on campaign performance and analytics
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
Maintain communication with clients media outlets and vendors
Monitor advertising trends and provide recommendations for campaign improvements
Support budget tracking and invoice processing related to advertising
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field preferred
1 year of experience in a marketing or advertising support role (internships included)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta Ads Manager) is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
