Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented SAP Enable Now Training Coordinator to support the development coordination and deployment of SAP training materials using SAP Enable Now (SEN). The ideal candidate will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure endusers receive effective and engaging digital learning content during SAP implementations or upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage training content development using SAP Enable Now (SEN) for various SAP modules.
Work closely with functional teams subject matter experts (SMEs) and business users to gather requirements and transform them into highquality training simulations documents and inapp guidance.
Schedule and manage training timelines to align with project milestones and user readiness goals.
Ensure consistency and quality across training materials aligning with branding and instructional design standards.
Support the deployment of SEN content to end users including Web Assistant configurations and Desktop Assistant packaging.
Maintain the SEN content library ensuring materials are uptodate and accessible.
Provide support and guidance to endusers on accessing and using SEN learning tools.
Generate usage and effectiveness reports using SEN analytics and propose improvements.
Assist in planning and executing TraintheTrainer sessions and enduser training rollouts.
Liaise with external vendors or consultants when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education IT Business or a related field.
8 years of experience in training coordination or instructional design; experience with SAP Enable Now is required.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business Suite environments is preferred.
Excellent project coordination time management and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with content creation tools is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
