Job Description
The State College Area School District anticipates filling Junior High Football Assistant Coach positions.
The Coaches are responsible for providing leadership and guidance to studentathletes and assistant coaches as well assupporting an overall vision for theJunior HighProgram. We are seeking positive passionate enthusiastic individuals who will not only instruct studentathletes in fundamental skills strategy and physical training but also guide and mentor them to be driven and responsible studentathletes and citizens. The Head Coach reports to and works closely with the Varsity Head Coach to determine goals and direction of the program. The Assistant Coaches report to the High School andJunior HighHead Coaches in support of program goals and initiatives.
Both the PA Dept. of Education and the PIAA require specific safety and coaching training. See theAthletics websitefor details.
