Jumpstart your advertising career with the Motive BRAND BUILDERS LAB!

This is more than an internshipits a fastpaced fulltime traintohire experience where youll dive headfirst into the exciting world of advertising and marketing. Over the course of the program youll gain handson mentored experience all while contributing to real client work. Midway through youll team up with other Brand Builder Interns to tackle an actual innovation briefbrainstorming big ideas shaping strategy building a killer deck and presenting your solution to industry pros.

Builders will be embedded within one of five departments Creative Digital Innovation Content Brand Experience or Strategywhile also engaging in crossfunctional learning mentorship and agencywide collaboration. This is your chance to pitch ideas join brainstorms shadow leaders and contribute to the work we put out into the world.

With dedicated training daily support and the chance for fulltime employment at the finish line this is your launchpad into the agency world. Lets build your brandand ourstogether.

BRAND BUILDERS LAB: DIGITAL INNOVATION BUILDER POSITION

Accepting applicants still in school or recent graduates looking for a permanent position. Also accepting applicants with realworld experience looking to break into the industry. This is a paid internship for the months of June July and August 2025.

• You seek to understand people and will be looking for what motivates their online behaviors especially in relation to brands and purchase decisions.
• You will help us find cultural insights and human truths that inspire great digitallyrooted creative work.

• You have the confidence and charisma to present research insights big ideas and digital strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• An excitement and curiosity to learn.
• Passion for creativity advertising and innovation.
• Strong understanding of the social and digital landscape.
• Experience with social media management content creation SEO and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a great attention to detail.
• A strong selfstarter mentality who is proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done.
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week for a 12week period (preference for 40 hours).
