Job Description
As an Online Product Lister youll play a crucial role in ensuring our online product listings captivate customers and drive sales. Leveraging your expertise in merchandising techniques; youll curate visually appealing displays incorporating elements such as fixture blocking lighting and staging. Additionally youll support various ecommerce activities including product evaluation sorting pricing and providing customer service through phone and email contact.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote the Mission Vision and Values of Easter Seals Goodwill ND Inc. (ESGWND)
- Provide professional and courteous communication with customers and team members
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Utilize computer skills for internet research and Microsoft Office applications
- Apply knowledge of ecommerce fundamentals to optimize online sales strategies
- Collaborate with the ECommerce/Commodities Manager to establish and maintain visual standards
- Troubleshoot merchandising issues and adjust displays to maximize visual impact
- Assist in evaluating and sorting jewelry items including identification of precious metals and gems
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods lifting items up to 50 pounds and packaging sold items
- Understand and contribute to ecommerce sales goals planning and executing daily tasks to drive success
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
- Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the overall mission
- Have a high school or general education degree (GED)
