Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

Reports to: Refinery Plant Superintendent
This is a salary exempt position
Description:Supervising the daily activities of safety quality and production procedures as well as leading employees in all aspects of production
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Superintendent with managing job site safety quality.
- Guarantee people and process run safe conducting safety inspections.
- Close production numbers inventories.
- Assist with setting up site logistics field coordination.
- Follow up and control the area KPIs.
- Guarantee product quality.
- Lead GMP program with supervisors.
- Help formulators execute the most efficient production plans.
- Support shift supervisors.
- Prepare raw materials plan.
- Work with maintenance on plans and execution.
- Develop operational trainings and operators development.
- Performance evaluation.
- Work with Tech COE on process and area improvements.
- Cover supervisors vacations.
- Be the superintendent immediately back up.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time while performing job duties.
- Capability of working in confined spaces and from heights bending kneeling able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and ability to wear a respirator.
- Ability to analyze information quickly to provide feedback in the manufacturing process and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common business applications
- Ability to compete all operational tasks and fill in for hourly colleagues including off hour shifts as needed.
- Prior work related and leadership experiences preferred
