We are on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our growing team!

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to focus on expanding existing customer accounts. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and introducing new products to our current client base. Whats the job

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for addon modules and lead generation tools to existing clients.
  • Strategize with sales teams and leadership to present and close upsell opportunities with highly qualified customers.
  • Leverage social selling cold calling and other prospecting techniques to schedule demos and expand your pipeline.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of upsell opportunities using Loftys CRM and other proprietary tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing basic client inquiries and potential cancellations routing them to appropriate internal resources.

Whats the work location

Youll be based out of our stunning lightfilled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenixa 17000squarefoot space designed for collaboration creativity and connection. During onboarding and training youll work inoffice five days a week to build momentum meet your teammates and ramp up with handson support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met youll transition to a hybrid schedule of three inoffice days per weekgiving you the flexibility to balance focused work and inperson collaboration.

Requirements

What are we looking for

  • 35 years of experience in a quotadriven sales environment.
  • 12 years of experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • 12 years of experience using screensharing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technology for clients.
  • Strong organizational skills time management and attention to detail.
  • Creative problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative and teamoriented with a willingness to share strategies and learn from peers.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over individual performance.
  • Proven experience exceeding goals and operating in metricsdriven environments.
