Job Description
As the largest provider of IT services Leidos develops and sustains large data and technology infrastructures and integrates complex law enforcement IT system for a number of US federal agencies. At Leidos we offer engaging careers a collaborative culture and support for your career goals and growth. This particular role would be serving a federal law enforcement agency in Clarksburg WV.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deploys and configures services using infrastructure as a service provider (e.g. Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure Google Compute Engine RackSpace/OpenStack).
Configures and manages Linuxbased servers to serve a dynamic website.
Debugs clusterbased computing architectures.
Uses scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems.
Installs and manages opensource monitoring tools.
Configures management tools (e.g. Puppet Chef Ansible Salt).
Architecture for continuous integration and deployment and continuous monitoring.
Uses and works with containerization technologies (e.g. LXC Docker Rocket).
Plans and leads major technology assignments.
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting shortterm project growth and success.
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
May supervise others.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Information Systems
Management other related discipline or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
812 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 610 years of prior relevant experience
Ability to work well within a small team environment
Strong communication skills
US Citizenship
DOD Secret Clearance is required.

Pay Range $104650.00 $189175.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
