Creative Project Manager Intern
Summer 2025 Internship
Location: Atlanta GA
As a Creative Project Manager Intern youll work closely with our creative strategy and account teams to ensure projects are delivered on time on brand and on budget. Youll gain handson experience in the daytoday management of creative advertising campaignsfrom initial briefing through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Project Managers in organizing and tracking multiple creative projects across digital print and social media.
- Assist in scheduling meetings maintaining timelines and managing project documentation.
- Help coordinate communication between creative teams account managers and external vendors.
- Contribute to creative briefings and brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor project milestones and flag any risks or delays.
- Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items.
What Youll Learn
- The ins and outs of creative project management in a fastpaced advertising environment.
- How campaigns are concepted executed and delivered from start to finish.
- Tools and platforms like Float Smartsheets Teams Adobe Creative Suite.
- How to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Advertising Marketing Communications Media or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Interest in the creative process and advertising industry.
- Bonus: Familiarity with project management tools or creative software.
About Our Internship Program
- Interns will work closely with their manager and colleagues and will contribute to the work the team is doing for clients.
- Hybrid Work: 3 days per week required in the Atlanta office(Tuesday & Wednesday 1 more day). Our office is open MondayFriday.
- Dates: June 2 July 25 (8 weeks 3540 hours a week)
- Compensation: $15/hour
