Client Care BDC Representative
Job Description:
Hoehn Motors is seeking a selfmotivated individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) in order to provide highlevel phone skills to engage customers and create selling opportunities for the Service Department. The Client Care BDC Representative will report to the BDC Supervisor and will be based out of the Hoehn Honda campus in Carlsbad.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Field inbound and make outbound phone calls on a daily basis for the purpose of promoting dealership promotions and products in order to gain new growth for the Service and Parts Departments.
- Generate service appointments for multiple dealerships in order to promote greater revenue.
- Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the customer database system which includes entering notes in a timely basis as well as writing in a professional clear and grammatically correct manner.
- Effectively manage special tasks as assigned by the Service Manager to contribute to overall success of the team department and the Hoehn Motors organization.
- Partner with dealerships to understand their clientele clients expectations and their brandspecific needs.
- Provide daily monthly and quarterly progress updates to Service Manager and keep Service team informed on relevant concerns.
- Adapt to changing needs of BDC campaigns by given deadline.
- Communicate effectively with service customers within established time frames.
Qualifications and Experience:
- It is preferred that candidates have a minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service representative in a call center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pay
- Pay for this position starts at $19.00 per hour plus $1.00 per shown appointment

Why Hoehn Motors
The Hoehn family has been in the automobile business since the 1920s. In 1938 T.W. Hoehn was awarded a Chevrolet franchise in Memphis Tennessee. He passed that dealership to his son T.W. Hoehn Jr. when he retired in 1950. T.W. Hoehn Jr. expanded their Hoehn Chevrolet footprint across the country adding franchises in St. Louis Kansas City and Beverly Hills. In 1970 he sold the dealerships and retired to La Jolla. In 1975 he saw an opportunity to buy Brooking OldsmobileHondaMercedes in Car Country Carlsbad one of the first automalls in the country. His timing was serendipitous as 1975 saw the end of a recession and the rapid economic and population growth of North County as well as the surge in popularity of Honda and MercedesBenz in the U. S. marketplace. Mr. Hoehn was quickly joined by his sons Bill and Bob who continue to oversee the daytoday operations of the business alongside their children Ted Adrienne Jo Hannah and Susanah.
