- Some Experience in the Trades Ideally you have worked in or studied carpentry drywall painting minor plumbing electrical work or general home repairs.
- Eager to Learn & Grow You have a strong work ethic a willingness to learn and a goal of becoming a skilled craftsman.
- Basic Knowledge of Tools & Safety Procedures Comfortable using hand tools measuring equipment and basic power tools under supervision.
- Reliable & Professional Show up on time follow instructions and treat customers homes with respect and care.
- Ability to Follow Direction & Work as a Team Youll be working closely with seasoned craftsmen so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are a must.
- Your Own Work Vehicle (Preferred but Not Required) A reliable truck or van is helpful but not required for apprentices.
- Your Own Basic Tools (Preferred but Not Required) We encourage apprentices to bring their own tools but we will provide guidance on what youll need over time.
- Smartphone & TechSavvy Must have a smartphone with reliable internet and be comfortable using our Field App daily to track jobs update work orders and communicate with the team.
- Valid Drivers License We work with professionals our customers can trust.
