Senior Claims Manager Motor
Salary circa80000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)

A bit about the job:
Youll manage a team of around 15 technical claims professionals handling high value and complex motor injury claims. Your role will be to drive performance manage indemnity spend and ensure excellent customer outcomes. Youll work closely with colleagues across underwriting actuarial and legal to influence strategy and improve our personal and commercial motor end to end systems. This is a key leadership role within our Major & Complex Claims (MCC) team where youll help shape the future of motor claims at Aviva.
