Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation and helping businesses revolutionize their operations through cloud technology and generative AI AWS is seeking a Solutions Architecture leader to join our Solutions Architect team in Poland where youll help customer businesses thrive in the digital age.
As a Senior Solutions Architecture Manager youll lead and inspire a team of technically skilled Solutions Architects while driving strategic initiatives that help enterprises and digital native business leverage AWS Services to produce tangible outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Architects fostering a culture of innovation continuous learning and customer obsession
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers technical leaders driving executive-level conversations that align AWS solutions with customers expansion goals
- Act as a technical thought leader representing AWS in executive-level discussions public speaking engagements and writing content that showcases how AWS deliver value to customers
- Guide your team in designing and implementing cloud solutions working backwards from the customers needs
- Pioneer the adoption of emerging technologies identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI advanced analytics and automation into customer solutions and inventing on their behalf.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute technical strategies that drive AWS adoption and exceed revenue objectives
- Coach and mentor Solutions Architects in conducting impactful technical discussions with senior stakeholders and executing successful customer engagements
- Foster knowledge sharing within the AWS community and guide the development of technical content that showcases best practices

- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
- Experience in transforming traditional businesses through cloud adoption
- Advanced degree (Masters/MBA) in technology business or related field
- Advanced cloud certifications (AWS Azure GCP) with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions
- International business and technology background
- Multilingual capabilities beyond Polish and English particularly in East European languages
