Senior HR Advisor
Due to ongoing growth we are hiring for our client a well established awardwinning multisite organisation. They are seeking to recruit a permanent Senior HR Advisor to join their busy HR team based at their Belfast head office with regular travel to other sites across Greater Belfast.

The Role:
- Provide daytoday professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Deliver HR support across the full employee lifecycle for multiple locations
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and ensure full compliance with employment law regulations
- Workforce development contribute to talent management initiatives including succession planning and internal development pathways
- Support training needs analysis and collaborate with learning and development to deliver impactful development opportunities
- Work with site managers and the recruitment team to support effective workforce planning role design and candidate selection
- Assist with developing retention strategies
- Support absence and performance management procedures
- Assist with employee relations including investigations disciplinary and grievance cases
- Support TUPE transfers restructures and organisational changes as needed
- Generate and analyse HR reports
- Champion the employer brand and contribute to HR projects and initiatives diversity wellbeing system roll outs etc
The Person:
- CIPD qualified
- Minimum of 23 years recent relevant HR generalist experience
- Experience working in a multisite or Group environment
- Strong experience in employee relations and uptodate knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Current driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Able to work under pressure manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
