Sales Account Manager
Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team in the global distributor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone motivated and commercially minded who enjoys building relationships and working in a fastpaced targetdriven environment. This is a fullcycle sales role ideal for candidates ready to take ownership of their own customer portfolio.
Details:
28000 bonus uncapped commission
Monday Thursday 8:15am 5:00pm
Early finish Friday: 8:15am 4:00pm

Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing and postsale support
Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers and suppliers
- Generate leads
Provide accurate and timely customer quotations
Manage purchase orders and monitor supplier performance
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company values
Maintain accurate CRM records
Increase revenue and profitability within existing accounts
Hold regular TEAMS meetings with customers
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery
Resolve customer issues in collaboration with a manager or mentor
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience including making outbound calls
Professional and positive attitude
Strong team player
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and on own initiative
Confident negotiator with strategic thinking abilities
Commitment drive and enthusiasm for sales
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
