Job Title

Lead Development Executive France and Benelux

Reporting to the Lead Development Manager the Lead Development Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads in their assigned market driving earlystage pipeline growth. They work closely within marketing and with sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and ensure highquality lead handover to sales.

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Development Associate where youll play a crucial role in driving our growth in the France and Benelux market. Youll work in a collaborative environment leveraging cuttingedge technology and innovative strategies to generate and qualify leads ensuring a robust pipeline for our sales team.

Summary of the Role

  • Identify and engage target accounts within the assigned region (France / Benelux)

  • Run proactive outreach programs always aligned with sales and marketing objectives through calls emails and social channels to generate interest and develop leads through to qualification into opportunities

  • Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria and frameworks to deliver robust pipeline contribution

  • Adhere to and proactively suggest process improvements to ensure optimal handover of qualified opportunities to sales teams

  • Leverage data enrichment CRM sales management and cadence tools to track outreach activities update lead details and maintain accurate records

  • Collaborate within marketing to refine messaging and key talking points provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and align outreach strategies with marketing programs

  • You have a first experience (internship apprenticeship first job) in lead generation and qualification within a sales or marketing environment

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients

  • You are proficient in using CRM systems and other sales management tools

  • You have a proactive and resultsdriven mindset with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements

  • You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can align strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives

  • You speak fluent French and English
