Working knowledge of CTWS Policy & Procedures organization and administration process and procedures and Health & Wellness Center policies operational plan preventive maintenance program maintenance management manual and other guidelines work safely. Working knowledge of plumbing facility electrical systems carpentry trade heating ventilating and airconditioning(HVAC) equipment. Thorough knowledge of (hand)power tools test equipment welding equipment which includes but is not limited to; boomtrucks GenieLift service vehicles and other equipment and/or tools required to perform job duties.
Requirements
Must have a valid Oregon drivers license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must submit and pass a criminal background with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also need to pass a pre employment alcohol and drug screening.
