This is a remote position for a fulltime employee eligible for employment in the United States.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced developer to help us successfully deliver bestinclass digital experience platform builds for our clients. Platform Engineering Leads work on a crossfunctional team partnering directly with client stakeholders Designers and Product team members. You enjoy solving hard problems and delivering quality code.
Key Responsibilities

Confidently collaborate with teams and clients to deliver platform applications.
.
Set and adhere to coding patterns and standards for client platform applications.
.
Complete complex platform development tasks with limited outside direction.
.
Develop for and validate platform application security.
.
Review and merge code pull requests from team members for platform development tasks.
.
Commit to and meet sprint commitments.
.
Collaborate on and offproject with domestic and offshore team members.
.
Serve as a mentor and coach to less experienced team members.
Requirements
Critical Competencies
.
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform development and deployment
.
3rd party data and content integrations
.
Headless content management and delivery GraphQL being a plus
.
Project build tools and CI pipelines to optimize development and deployment
.
OWASP common security vulnerabilities and how to mitigate
.
Energy and enthusiasm to create value internally and for clients
Qualifications
.
7 years in a software engineering role
.
Experience in a clientfacing role consulting preferred
.
Comfortable working in an iterative agile environment
Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience selling services for a global consulting firm Demonstrated knowledge and ability with systems integration and data management concepts Deep financial services (banking, capital markets, etc.) industry knowledge Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels within client accounts Demonstrated ability to identify and sell new project opportunities Possesses qualities of both a self-starter and team player Willingness to travel up to 50% (traveling Monday through Thursday)
