Job Description
The Google Workspace Engineer will be responsible for deploying configuring and managing Google Workspace solutions to support the needs of the business. The Google Workspace Engineer will work with stakeholders to ensure system security and performance of our Google Workspace environment. In this role they will focus on technical implementation and maintenance of our environment. This role will have a heavy focus on the adoption and integration of Googles AI capabilities particularly Gemini to enhance productivity and collaboration within the Workspace environment.
Maintain Google Workspace configurations and performance following best practices.
Troubleshoot resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace products and services and document solutions in our knowledge base.
Deploy and configure Google Workspace applications including Gmail Drive Calendar and Meet.
Conduct a periodic review of system performance and an audit of the security and compliance posture.

Specialization or strong understanding of Google AI platforms including Gemini and their integration potential within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
3 years of experience of related experience including 1 years managing a Google Cloud environment
Google Workspace certification (e.g. Google Workspace Administrator)
Preferred Skills
Scripting and automation: Proficiency to streamline and automate routine tasks and workflows
Change management: Knowledge of principles and practices to maximize user adoption
Migration experience: Previous experience having migrated to or from Google Workspace or a similar cloudbased productivity and collaboration platform
GCP certifications (e.g. Associate Cloud Engineer Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
