Job Description
- Location: Clayton NM 88415
- Shift: 6:00 AM 6: 30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $432 $504

Responsibilities:
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature pulse respirations and blood pressure)
- Report changes in residents conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and equipment
- Support residents emotional and social wellbeing
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are maintained
- Accurately document care provided in medical records
Requirements:
- Current and valid CNA license.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent CNA experience.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
