Schedule
This is a fulltime position for a DVM with a minimum of 35 years of clinical experience. A flexible schedule and time for leadership responsibilities will be part of the role.
Cases
As a general practice hospital we focus on wellness care dentistry soft tissue surgery and diagnostics. Our AAHA accreditation reflects our commitment to highquality evidencebased medicine and a collaborative environment where both new and seasoned doctors thrive.
Medical Director Responsibilities Include:
Leading and mentoring a team of associate veterinarians
Maintaining and promoting high standards of medical care
Setting the example in client communication and medical excellence
Collaborating with the Hospital Manager on business operations and team development
Supporting AAHA standards and ongoing hospital improvement

Compensation
- Salary is negotiable based on experience skills knowledge abilities and other relevant salary range listed is based on a 40hour work week.
- This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.

Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in (IA) or the ability to obtain
- A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
