The Clinical Director of the Women Family Center provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise.CONTACT:

DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Director of the Women Family Center provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise.
- This position is accountable for the 24-hour operational management of a 4 bed LDR and maternal triage 14 bed postpartum nursery and 4 bed pediatric unit.
- This position is responsible for the evaluation of nursing and ancillary staff within the Women Family Center including labor and delivery postpartum and womens health nursery and pediatrics.
- Responsible for the recruitment selection and retention of personnel.
- Develop and monitor the budget for defined areas.
- Accountable for regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance with patient care standards.
- Knowledge in healthcare technology.
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
- Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration and/or Nursing Administration Is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in related clinical practice.
- Clinical management/leadership experience preferred.
