| Responsible for the day to day operation of the pool area fitness center family center and supervision of all pool staff. Responsible for cleanliness organization and safe condition of pool area. Maintains KPI Boards. Develops and maintains interdepartment relations with key supervisors to ensure the pool is clean and well maintained. Ensures that customer problems/complaints are handled in an effective courteous manner. Ensures staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy. Supervises activities of Pool attendants and retail operations. Monitors and tracks pool calls keeping accurate records of call volume and sales generated. |

| EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: |
| Minimum 2 years experience in a highvolume multifaceted hospitality operation or hotel/country club pool. Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. |
