At Parks Hospitality Group were seeking a motivated and guestfocusedFood Runner to join our highenergy rooftop restaurant in downtown Asheville. In this role youll ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately while providing warm attentive service that enhances the overall guest experience.
Pay Range:$10.50 $13.50 per hour plus tips.
What Youll Do:
- Run food from the kitchen to tables accurately and efficiently
- Deliver drinks from the bar to guests in coordination with bar and service staff
- Communicate clearly with servers kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely correct orders
- Present dishes and drinks with knowledge of ingredients and attention to guest allergies
- Help reset and clear tables as needed during service
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of expo and service areas
- Assist with side work including restocking polishing glassware and preparing service stations
- Uphold Sopranas hospitality standards by anticipating guest needs and delivering with care
What Youll Need:
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar support preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail in presentation and guest safety.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods.
