Join Our Dynamic Team as a Commercial Drywall Project Manager! Location: Nyack NY
About the Opportunity: Join a forwardthinking commercial drywall contractor where your project management expertise will be valued and rewarded. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork in a company that prioritizes excellence and professional growth.
Essential Responsibilities: Lead multiple commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans Coordinate with general contractors architects and other trade partners Manage project documentation including RFIs submittals and change orders Oversee field operations and ensure quality control standards are met Direct and mentor field personnel while maintaining safety protocols
Qualifications: 5 years of commercial drywall project management experience Proven track record managing projects ranging from $500K to $8M Proficiency in construction management software (OST/QB) Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills Excellence in client communication and team leadership Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites
