Training AnalystNote: This is a parttime position.
Program Summary:
The objective of this program is to conduct research and analysis to upgrade modernize and develop new stateofthe art training systems associated with surface undersea aviation and nonaviation systems. The primary Requiring Activity for this program is the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD); however Sister Services other Government agencies and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers are also supported.
Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Training Analyst to join our team. This position will support the completion of a FrontEnd Analysis (FEA) of a US Navy training software suite and develop a comprehensive report that details recommendations for improvement. This is a parttime position located in Orlando Florida.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develops and implements a strategy to assess the current User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) for a US Navy software suite.
Collects data associated with the assessment strategy.
Synthesizes data collected during the assessment and generates recommendations for improvement.
Generates a comprehensive report detailing the findings and recommendations from the assessment and provides to the customer for review/feedback.
Reviews and implements customer feedback on the report.
Provides monthly status reports.
Ensures that all deliverables or documentation are submitted within the specified timeframes and adhere to the highest standards of quality and security.
Participates in government status meetings as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant technical area
Must have at least 3 years of experience in training or UI/UX analysis assessment or optimization.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in a relevant technical area
Prior experience assessing US Navy training software UI/UX
Advanced writing skills
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
20 hours/week
