Please note: This is not an hourly role You will be paid $1300 per week on a biweekly basis
About the Role
Public Label a leading fullservice marketing and field execution agency is seeking an enthusiastic selfmotivated Off Premise Area Sales Manager (ASM) to represent an iconic brand in the booming ReadytoDrink (RTD) category.
As an ASM youll be on the front lines of market expansion. Youll drive sales execution grow account relationships and work directly with distributor teams and retail decisionmakers to bring this exciting new product to life in key markets.
Who We Are
What Youll Do
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team and distributor leads to develop and implement shortterm sales plans to achieve longterm results for client goals and initiatives in off premise accounts
- Work with supplier representatives to understand the brand and sales goals and support their efforts to increase market share through new distribution and merchandising in specific accounts
- Review sales data and statistics and provide relevant reports to the senior area sales managers and/or client directly
- Make sales pitches and presentations to existing and prospective clients as a key area sales manager
- Gaining distribution (or secondary placement) of core SKUS and securing displays
- Identify cultivate and grow strategic customer relationships
- Negotiate & execute sales deals POS programming education etc.
- Ensure shelf compliance for currently distributed offerings & active programs
- Highlevel reporting of competitive activity in market
- Be in market 4 days a week targeting 810 accounts a day & 1 day of office recaps
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of sales or account management experience in beverage alcohol preferably RTD
- Strong understanding of distributor systems and accountlevel selling
- Track record of meeting sales goals and increasing product visibility in competitive markets
- Existing relationships with key retail and offpremise accounts in your region
- Familiarity with alcohol merchandising standards state regulations and market compliance
- Experience with new product launches and brand activation programs
- Proactive organized and capable of managing your own book of business with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced startupstyle environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook); CRM tools a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift carry and transport products or promotional materials weighing 3550 lbs
- Comfortable standing walking and moving through retail and offpremise environments for extended periods
- Ability to drive across a designated sales territory including multiple account visits in one day
- Must be willing to work nontraditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed
