LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week; Typical hours MondayFriday between 7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.; Flexibility required to include other evening and/or weekend hours as necessary.
PAY RANGE: $22.90 $24.69 per hour
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education experiences current wages and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing outstanding service for helping internal and external customers with Admission and Registration needs. Employees will possess knowledge of all aspects of Enrollment Services and the College with knowledge of their area of expertise and usage of the College computer system for information retrieval and reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review analyze and take action on admission and enrollment data to ensure students are enrolled in the appropriate program and courses i.e. preprogram to program status managing program wait lists closing student records etc.
Clearly communicate with students via email text phone inperson on their admission status. Compose and update admission communications on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the Learning Deans Admission Advisors and Academic Advisors to guarantee accuracy of student records for enrollment and graduation in accordance with published policies and procedures.
Review analyze and process districtwide Credit for Prior Learning within the guidelines and policies of the WTCS and NWTC. Process and enter incoming academic transcripts and enrollment records.
Facilitate the graduation process between staff and students develop reports and share information with necessary departments
Collect & submit reporting information on behalf of Enrollment Services (i.e. National Student Clearinghouse state reporting student & employers verifications)
Compose research and update materials to provide access to information for our customers staff and the general public. Compile and prepare correspondence and documents for mailings
Gather and interprets data to prepare and analyze reports for enrollment tracking and accountability.
Support process improvement initiatives and centralization of enrollment process for programs and certificates.
Attend recruitment and enrollment events internally and externally to represent and assist with the admission process; participate in events designed to move students from application to enrollment.
Crosstrain and provide backup within Enrollment Services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree
Two years related work experience
Microsoft Office Suite document imaging software and database management system
Must old a valid drivers license and be insurable under the Districts standard insurance policy terms
