A highly respected Northern California fullservice business law firm has anentrylevel Litigation Associate opening in theirMerced office. This role supports the business real estate commercial and trusts & estates practice groups. My client has 77 attorneys specializing in an array of practice areas. Their diverse business practices help guide businesses of all sizes through the challenges of owning operating and succeeding inCalifornia. They seek to provide sound business advice from incorporation to ongoing daytoday management whether it involves advising on corporate structure employment advice counsel leasing real estate development and all facets of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings motions and complaints
- Manage discovery and legal research
- Represent clients in court
- Manage caseload from inception through resolution
