Job Description

SUMMARY: Thisis a parttime temporary position
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited To):
- Managing payroll invoices bank deposits reimbursements.
- Monthly scholarship tracking and Coalition transfers Seasonal Xen donations to Coalition Payroll analysis
Secondary responsibilities:
- Phone and email support for information registrations payment complaints etc.
- Instructor and vendor contracts
- New session logistics check for catalog
- Go Live prep Regular class support: Class signs for inperson classes Zoom links for online classes email notifications to students
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Work Environment:
- Will work in a busy open office environment with moderate noise and distractions.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
